The organ in all its glory, in an innovative and diverse program of activities! Nine evening concerts, including a special free concert to mark International Music Day, and sixteen daytime activities.

From recital to symphony, baroque to contemporary, there’ll be something for everyone. To mention only a few of the 25 activities in the Fifth Fall Symphony: unexpected encounters between words and music with authors Nancy Huston and Howard Buten and improv musicians; Bach meets tango with Quartango; a divinely popular mass under the musical direction of Gregory Charles, with the Petits Chanteurs de Laval and organist Philippe Bélanger; the first organ improvisation match between France and Quebec; organ open houses in 40 Montreal churches; and recitals by the three finalists of the first Organ Improvisation Competition.
